Inspired by the fruity notes of Glen Moray, Neil and Joel have created a refreshing Elgin Cooler, a summery spritz that blends whisky with peach, apple and a hit of fresh mint.
25ml Glen Moray Elgin Classic
25ml apple juice
50ml peach ice tea
50ml sparkling water / soda water
Sprig of mint to garnish Ice cubes
Fill a tall highball glass with ice, add the whisky, apple juice, peach ice tea and lightly stir down, lifting the drink with a spoon to mix it. Garnish with a spring of mint that has been clapped between your hands to release the aromas. Makes one drink.
